16 February 2010 - Pancake Day

Pancake Day or Shrove Tuesday is the day before Ash Wednesday which marks the beginning of Lent – a period of fasting. At Camphill Blair Drummond we watch and participate in pancake races, tossing our pancakes as we run. It’s great fun!

Exciting times at Camphill Blair Drummond! Planning permission has been approved for the new accommodation and facilities. Thanks to everyone who has helped us get this far.

Preliminary work has already started at Camphill Blair Drummond. The infrastructure is being improved with better drainage and utilities. We will keep you posted as the development continues!
